SNSD members to drop variety shows commitment in preparation for the release of their Japanese Debut Single

SNSD will release on September 8 their debut Japanese Single "Genie".


The CD will have the Japanese and Korean version of their hit "Genie" along with a MV DVD, 9 trading cards and a photobook. This is still under Nayutawave Records of Univeral Music label.
On August 11, So Nyeo Shi Dae will also release their DVD ‘New Beginning of Girls’ Generation' with all the MVs of their hit songs. And on the 25th of August, they will be having their first large scale showcase for 10K fans.Because of these, the girls have dropped their variety show commitments. TaeYeon first left KBS 2TV WinWin as an MC. On July 31, Tiffany and Yuri will also left being MCs of MBC Music Core.
According to SM Entertainment they have planned a lot of activities for SNSD on the later part of the year that is why they have to leave their other activities behind.
Fans of SeoHyun have been wondering if she will still continue MBC's We Got Married and according to SM, for now SeoHyun will still be doing it.
